Every booking made more than 72 hours before check-in includes a 24-hour grace period to cancel for a full refund — no questions asked. Most of our homes are not pet-friendly, but a few welcome pets — check the listing when searching. Trained service animals are welcome at every property, as required by law. At our California homes, we also welcome emotional support animals.
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, though a few homes use a 4:00 PM / 11:00 AM schedule — your listing and confirmation email will show the exact times for your stay. Check-in is contactless via smart lock, and your access code is sent by text about 24 hours before arrival. The code activates at your scheduled check-in time. Need to arrive early or stay later? Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes available for an additional fee — just ask and we'll let you know if your home and date allow it.
